Fascinating connections. Called friends whom I knew shared my appreciation for Wilder's books (I read 'em aloud with my kids) to mention your Link, Mike. Who woulda thunk Wilder and Rand connection. Amazing historical details. Almost makes me want to rethink endorsing Little House. Sigh. Hope Janette Oke does not turn up with similar history ;D
